Omas Extra 630X, so 630 model in De-Luxe version, (gold nib and three cap rings included deco band) for what I know was gifted by Fratelli Gancia, one of most famous producers of Vino Spumante in the world,  was founded in 1850. As said this model never put for sale was made in exclusive to celebrate lo Spumante Rosè Brut Gancia, indeed the box liner is pink (rosè) and was gifted in few examples only.

Torpedo shape, approx 13.5 Cm long original Omas 14K gold M bit flexible, perfect conditions,
NOS never loaded just dipped to try nib  piston filler in working order, boxed.
